We are looking for a dedicated International Customer Service Support (m/f/d) to strengthen our Board & Paper Division in 1040 Vienna.

Your Role

• You are responsible for order processing in our supply chain team
• You act as first source of contact for customers with questions regarding their orders, about lead times, specification requirements & application, delivery enquiries, complaints, etc.
• You act as a first point of contact between customers, mills and our sales team
• Your typical daily tasks involve order processing (orders are customer-tailored), checks of orders, invoices, credit limit, shipment planning, masterdata maintenance
  
  

Your Profile

• You already have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
• You have experience in order processing and ERP systems
• Your logical mind, excellent organizational skills and high sense of responsibility enables you to handle pressure well
• You learn quickly with strong attention to detail as well as to the bigger picture
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• You have a very good knowledge of English and German (C level), Russian, Czech, Polish or Ukrainian knowledge is an advantage
