To strengthen our motivated Learning & Development Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Group Learning & Development Expert (m/f/d).

Your Role

• Together with Eva, Nathalie, Rachael, Chrissi & Leyla you are responsible for the support and ongoing development of our global learning offer in the MM-Academy
• You support the design and implementation of learning journeys and user-centered, innovative training and development offers
• You conduct L&D specific initatives and projects and you have an interest in the further development of our learning organization
• You have experience in the implementation and use of various HR tools, such as multi-source feedbacks, and coordinate the group-wide implementation and further development of these
• You maintain your network with internal and external stakeholders, advise on suitable development measures and administrate cooperations with external partners
  
  

Your Profile

• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the Learning & Development sector, ideally in an international environment
• You are committed to continuously develop your field of activity
• Your organisational talent, your hands-on mentality and your structured way of working characterise you
• You are a team player with a high degree of self-organisation and service orientation
• Your advanced employee potential analysis skills are not madatory, but a definit plus
• As a communication talent, you are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C-Level)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 65,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
