The Data Administrator will be a key member of Kalibrate’s Professional Services team with responsibility for maintaining an inventory of data and data partner contracts post execution and ensuring that all data contracts are up to date and renewed on time. The Data Administrator will also be the central point of contact for any data access and procurement needs across the business and will be responsible for maintaining the business wide data catalogue, assessing requests for data, managing the compilation of requisite reporting to data providers, and ensuring that internal compliance protocols (including those related to data privacy regulations) are followed.


  • The salary for this role is around 70K Can$ + Benefits and is Remote (Canada or US).


The ideal profile for this role will have the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in data administration or information science, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of administration experience in a data or data-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in information management.
  • Demonstrated experience with metadata and metadata management.


Additional qualifications and desirable candidate attributes include:

  • Familiarity with the Azure environment, Azure Purview, or other data catalogue tools.
  • Familiarity with data related policies such as CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • General understanding of fair usage and residency policies.
  • Strong comfort level with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to prioritize based on shifting deliverable demand.
