We're seeking a highly skilled and well-connected Strategic Partnerships Manager to establish and manage high quality partnerships, via thoughtful relationship building, driving value and deal flow forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing high-value partnerships that optimise revenue and identify emerging market opportunities. What you'll focus on

• Deal Flow: Drive and manage inbound deal flow through strategic partnerships and relationships.
• Relationship Management: Own and manage relationships with key partners to ensure a steady stream of high-quality deals.
• Post-Delivery Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with tech partners, market makers, and exchanges to enhance our post-delivery offerings.
• Partnership Expansion: Identify and pursue partnerships with venture capital firms, blockchains, accelerator programs, and foundations to expand our reach and influence in the Web3 ecosystem.
• Emerging Market Identification: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and establishing early partnerships in emerging markets with high growth potential.

• Extensive network and experience in the crypto and Web3 space
• Proven track record of managing high-value relationships to optimise and enhance revenue
• Ability to identify and capitalise on emerging market opportunities
• Highly personable and skilled at building and maintaining meaningful relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for the Web3 ecosystem and its potential to shape the future of finance and technology
• Self-motivated with a proactive, accountable and results-oriented mindset
• Thinks creatively, strategically and isn’t afraid of experimenting
• Experience working in a remote-first environment, with a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse team. This includes a high level of personal accountability, async-first meeting culture and a focus on documentation
