About The Role
We're looking for a bright Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire awesome people to join the KOHO collective. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position will be an 8 month contract to start with possibility of extension.

About The Role
We're looking for a bright Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire awesome people to join the KOHO collective. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position will be an 8 month contract to start with possibility of extension.
What You'll Do
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills
- Manage a diverse range of positions from all departments at KOHO
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent
- Maintain HRIS (Greenhouse) data and report on hiring metrics on a monthly basis
- Support on employer brand initiatives to ensure we are attracting the best talent
- Support with ad-hoc People Operations projects, as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. CHRP is an asset.
- 1+ years of full cycle recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Greenhouse ATS experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English / French) is an asset
