How you are going to make an impact ?
- Develop and implement end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
- Work with the content team and designers to create persuasive email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action that supercharge open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Create and optimize email templates for various campaigns and target segments, ensuring brand consistency and a positive user experience.
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and email preferences to deliver highly personalized and relevant content to different customer segments.
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability, ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations and email marketing best practices.
- Implement email marketing automation funnels, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to segment and analyse customer data to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
- Monitor and manage the email marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Discover your Fit ?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Fintech or Crypto sector
- Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation software
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design and coding
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative email marketing strategies
