To strengthen our motivated MM Board & Paper Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Board & Paper Business Process Manager (m/f/d).

Your Role

• You are responsible for the SAP S4/HANA implementation program at MM Board & Paper
• You are the owner of the multi-mill business process review and best-practice definition for the subsequent implementation
• You are the leader of an experienced project team of internal (business and IT) and external resources
• You are responsible shaping and leading the program in terms of scope, quality, timeline, and budget
• You are able to manage critical issues and demands as well as assuring their resolution through appropriate party
• The risk defining and the implementation of countermeasures is in your hands
• You are reporting directly to the Management Board of MM Board & Paper
  
  
  

Your Profile

• You have a completed business degree in business administration, technology or similar
• You already gained more than 10 years of professional experience in an international environment
• You are experienced in managing large-scale process reviews and have a successful track record of SAP implementations or similar and ideally are certified in project management
• You have a broad experience with typical end-to-end processes in an industrial/manufacturing company and their implementation in SAP S4/HANA or similar
• You have a good understanding of business processes in a manufacturing company, ideally in process industries
• You convince with your strong communication skills in English (C-Level), on team- and senior management level
• You are a passionate person who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential and enjoy travelling (up to 30%) with an international team
