Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and Dating Coach to join our team. As a Dating Coach, you will be responsible for providing personalized coaching services to clients seeking to improve and help guide their relationships, communication skills, and overall well-being. This role involves conducting initial consultations via video, midway check-in talks via video, and brief initial and follow-up phone calls with clients to support their progress.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultation sessions via video calls to assess clients' needs, goals, and expectations for coaching
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's unique relationship dynamics, challenges, and objectives to reach the client’s goals
• LGBTQ+ friendly and committed to fostering inclusivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct midway check-in talks with clients to evaluate progress, address any concerns, and make adjustments to coaching plans as needed
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients through follow-up phone calls, offering encouragement, accountability, and practical strategies for relationship improvement
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice in coaching
• Collaborate with other members of the coaching team to enhance the client experience and promote the effectiveness of coaching services
• Ability to adapt to clients' preferences and requests

Requirements:

• Certification or training in coaching, counseling, or a related field (not required)
• Proven experience as a relationship coach, counselor, or a friend with some good advice with a track record of helping daters achieve their relationship goals
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize, motivate, and inspire clients
• Comfortable using technology and conducting coaching sessions via video calls and phone calls
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and coaching sessions effectively
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on best practices in coaching and relationship counseling
• Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to coaching, with a commitment to supporting clients in achieving their relationship goals.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed client records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.

Compensation:

Paid a flat-rate per client, which starts at $75, which includes an initial consultation via video, a midway check-in talk via video, and follow-up phone calls. (No overtime compensation)
