We are looking for Domain Engineer to join our fast-paced start-up environment to apply your expertise and knowledge to develop, design, and implement solutions at ADI.

Responsibilities

• Application of knowledge on CFD and FEA simulations to integrate physics-based models with data-driven approaches.
• Effectively communicate complex physics-based operational processes within power generation fleet
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate engineering challenges into machine learning and data science problems.
• Work with plant engineers to acquire and interpret operational data from various sources (sensors, SCADA systems, etc.).
• Assist in building machine learning models for predictive maintenance, power plant simulation, anomaly detection, and performance optimization of power plant equipment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Identify new business development opportunities for applying data science solutions within the power generation industry.

Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or any applied engineering/science courses
• Masters Level Preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the power generation industry, preferably in thermal and non-renewable energy
• Strong understanding of power plant operations, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Deep knowledge of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation and FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
• At least 1 year experience with Simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS).
• Demonstrated intent to learn Machine Learning and other AI technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• A demonstrably curious and results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation (experience in business development is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (experience in project management is preferred).
