We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join
our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by
promoting and selling our advertising, franchise consulting, and franchisee recruitment
services to potential clients. This role involves building and maintaining strong
relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively conveying the value of our
services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Strategy and Execution:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising, franchise
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- **Product Knowledge:**
- No franchising experience is required, full training provided
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to clients.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting:**
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct effective prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Sales Presentations:**
- Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Customize presentations to address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B arena.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the advertising and franchise industries is a plus.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
