Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 1 PM PST
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, focusing on growing our client's presence and engaging with their audience.
- Content Creation: Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting of captivating and relevant content that resonates with their target audience.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs, fostering a community centered around wellness and breathwork.
- Collaboration with Founder: Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and implement new ideas for content and social media campaigns.
- Brand Voice Development: Craft a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all platforms that reflects the core values and mission of the brand.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and trending music to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Visual Content Creation: Utilize Canva to create basic graphics and perform basic video editing to enhance visual content.
- Enhanced Social Media Presence: You have successfully increased follower engagement and have grown the social media presence through innovative strategies and high-quality content.
- Community Growth: Through your efforts, the brand’s community has become more vibrant and engaged, evident from active interactions and positive feedback on social platforms.
- Creative Impact: Your creative input has led to the introduction of new content forms that align with the latest trends, keeping the brand relevant and top-of-mind among our target audience.
- Proven Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social media accounts in the DTC space, with a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging content, write captivating captions, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Community Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with and grow an online community.
- Creative Thinking: A knack for brainstorming fresh ideas and translating them into actionable social media strategies.
- Interest in Wellness: A personal interest in meditation and breathwork is highly beneficial, enabling a deeper understanding of the audience’s needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Canva and basic video editing tools, along with familiarity with social media automation tools.
- Excellent Command of English: Fluent written English is essential for creating compelling content and communicating effectively with the audience.
