Drive the Candidate Led Ethos in branch, to ensure candidate attraction & recruitment to get candidates
registered, follow the compliance procedure through to clear them and ensure the branch is pro-actively
marketing the candidates out for work
Understanding the needs of the branch in terms of candidate recruitment and pro-actively using Job
boards, adverts, watchdogs, cv sourcing to recruit candidates
Actively promoting the refer a friend scheme to drive referrals
Targeting win backs after 2 months of receiving no work
Calling through other agency candidates and updating availability in branch to help get the candidates
back working for the branch
Recommending suitable candidates for GWA
Become the candidate oracle in the branch, a fountain of knowledge for all things candidate, so you can
recommend candidates for daily & LT bookings & consultants find your candidate knowledge credible
Responsible for exceptional candidate care & retaining the branches candidates
Effective use of the pre-vet form to ensure candidates have the relevant documents & can meet criteria
to speed up our clearance process
Take full ownership of the whole process from recruitment to placement of the finest quality candidates
in the market
Update branch with hot candidates
Updating candidate availability
Help the branch fill LT bookings and recommend any suitable candidates
Monday morning meetings, go through candidates registered and cleared in the previous week
Assist in putting together profiles for the branch
Send email to branch when candidate is cleared with profile
Help to organise candidate events for the branch
Placing adverts to recruit the best quality candidates for the branch
CV searching in particular specialist skills / subjects needed by the branch
Set up recruitment watchdogs such as teachers and specialist support candidates
Leading the compliance process including the pre-reg call, registration and clearance of candidate
Clearing candidates within APSCo guidelines
Managing candidate pool and providing reports to manager of utilisation figures
Undertaking annual compliance checks on candidates to maintain suitability
Provide candidate utilisation reports to the Manager

Increase the amount of quality candidates registered
Increase the amount of candidates cleared within APSCo Guidelines
Increase the speed of clearance times
Increase the amount of candidates out to work
Ensure high levels of customer service levels
