WHO ARE WE:
The Growth Agency is a Performance Based Client Acquisition Agency. In short we specialise in
helping agencies get more clients. We were founded in April 2021 and have seen astronomical
growth working with clients all over the globe and are now looking to add a social media content
manager to our team.
Responsibilities.
- Take the lead in planning monthly content strategies across client social media
- Set up and manage client Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Ideate and brief content through our content creation process, working alongside our
- Organise content, prepare copy and schedule posts across client social media channels.
- Create & edit amazing short-form video content & graphics that align with client’s
- Build and nurture communities on social media in line with their strategy.
- Analyse social media performance and track key metrics for reporting.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity.
- Communicate directly with Clients regarding there social media accounts.
- You’ve spent 3+ years working in social media, at an agency or in-house.
- You’ve used scheduling tools design tools (e.g. Canva) and editing software
- You’re obsessed with social media & love a good TikTok trend. You might even call
- You have a creative eye and a flair for coming up with new ideas.
- Paying attention to detail goes without saying.
- You work efficiently under pressure and are comfortable with tight deadlines.
- You love solving problems, can think on your feet & communicate well.
- Staying quiet is not an option. You’ve got a big personality, love to ask questions & enjoy
- Being organised is important to you and you’re not fazed by juggling lots of clients &
- Quality banter is essential.
