Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize an advertisement matrix to develop a diverse range of recruitment advertisements tailored to different roles, subject areas, and geographical locations, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
• Harness the power of CHATGPT to generate innovative and compelling copy for recruitment advertisements, leveraging natural language processing capabilities to create engaging messaging that resonates with candidates and clients alike.
• Edit and proofread written content meticulously to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and coherence, while maintaining strict adherence to grammatical and stylistic standards. Ensure that all written materials reflect the professionalism and credibility of the agency.
• Craft persuasive and captivating copy for recruitment advertisements across a variety of platforms, including digital job boards, social media channels, and print publications. Tailor messaging to suit the unique characteristics and requirements of each platform while adhering to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of recruitment advertisements across different platforms, using data-driven insights to optimize messaging and maximize candidate engagement and conversion rates.
