- Invoicing insurance companies
- Handling reconciliation processes
- Managing spreadsheets effectively
- Contacting clients regarding debt
- Chasing leads and maintaining a "Leads" spreadsheet
- Managing email communication with clients and consultants
- Some clinician diary management
- Providing excellent customer service
- Utilizing strong selling skills to support sales efforts
- Answering Calls daily from Clients
