Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Client Relations and Sales Support

Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing insurance companies
  • Handling reconciliation processes
  • Managing spreadsheets effectively
  • Contacting clients regarding debt
  • Chasing leads and maintaining a "Leads" spreadsheet
  • Managing email communication with clients and consultants
  • Some clinician diary management
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Utilizing strong selling skills to support sales efforts
  • Answering Calls daily from Clients

We receive 10 calls a day from clients and new clients.
