Senior Frontend Developer (all genders welcome) in the field of Water Line Integrity Solutions

Water Line Integrity Solutions, an innovative division of the Rosenxt Group, which was spun off in 2023, is dedicated to expanding into new business areas. Our focus is on developing advanced technologies for the inspection and assurance of water pipeline integrity. In doing so, we contribute to the better use of limited water resources, supporting sustainability and environmental protection. Our state-of-the-art inspection devices autonomously move through water pipelines, gathering extensive data, including video and ultrasound data. To evaluate this data, we develop cloud-based software solutions that utilize classic signal processing algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI). In our interdisciplinary, agile, and autonomous teams, we foster innovations that create both business and ecological value.

What you can expect

• Define and implement the frontend solution strategy across various applications, catering to different user needs
• Coordinate development efforts and harmonize solution strategies across teams located in multiple locations
• Uphold high standards of usability and performance in all frontend solutions
• Contribute to the frontend team's growth by supporting recruitment efforts, identifying, and attracting top talent
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure seamless integration of frontend applications with Azure Cloud hosting services
• Drive continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and automated testing to maintain code quality and facilitate efficient deployment processes
• Collaborate effectively with international, multidisciplinary teams

What you bring

• Demonstrated expertise as a (Senior) Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio in microfrontend and Angular projects
• Comprehensive understanding of (Azure) Cloud hosting and its synergy with frontend technologies
• First Leadership skills in team building, recruitment, and project management
• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English
• Adept at working within geographically distributed teams and promoting collaboration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code and streamlined deployment
• Knowledgeable in presenting complex (sensor) data sets in a user-friendly way and familiarity with big data technologies
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles to optimize application usability and customer satisfaction
