Your Role:

  • Support the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging with German-speaking candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and alignment with the company culture.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand and fulfill job requirements.
  • Facilitate smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Utilize diverse recruitment platforms and tools to promote job openings and attract top talent.
  • Contribute to team discussions offering fresh insights for enhancing talent support initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous professional growth through training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential, with English proficiency as a beneficial addition.
  • A friendly and proactive attitude towards supporting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to relocate to Cape Town, supported by our paid relocation package.
  • Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
