Long Island Speech is seeking an experienced, personable, and organized Medical Office Secretary/Front Desk Professional to join our growing team in our Suffolk and Nassau County offices.

Full-Time Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
• Maintain accurate data in our practice management software
• Support daily front office operations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Every other Saturday and some evenings required

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of medical office or medical reception experience
• Previous administrative or office management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Locations:

Suffolk County: Commack, Stony Brook, Islip Terrace, Farmingville, East Yaphank, Westhampton Beach

Nassau County: Wantagh, New Hyde Park, Jericho
