Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Campaign Success: Strategically plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, managing six- to seven-figure budgets to achieve and surpass ROI goals.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance Customer Journeys: Create compelling ad content, develop optimized landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Expand Channels: Research and implement new advertising platforms, such as Pinterest and YouTube Ads, to broaden reach and diversify marketing strategies.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years managing high-budget campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a strong understanding of performance optimization and attribution models.
  • Skilled in extracting actionable insights from analytics and conducting A/B tests to refine strategies.
  • Talented in crafting compelling advertising content and developing customer-centric landing pages.
  • Excited to explore new platforms and trends, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Fluent in English, with strong collaboration and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
