In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting with our Arabic-speaking clients, helping them understand our cutting-edge cloud solutions and how they can elevate their business operations. Your strong B2B sales skills will be essential in fostering client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes throughout the sales journey.

Responsibilities

  • Engage effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored B2B cloud solutions
  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the advantages of our services to prospective clients
  • Navigate the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals efficiently
  • Address any client inquiries or issues promptly, providing effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service and product delivery
  • Stay informed about industry developments and product enhancements to better serve clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and experience in a customer-facing sales role is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn more about cloud solutions
  • Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
