Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation and Test Software Developer Intern/Co-op to join our software development team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and tools that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
You will collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers to support continuous integration and delivery practices. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment while contributing to impactful projects.
Your role and responsibilities
Design and implement automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend services.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to understand product architecture and features to create effective test strategies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Maintain and improve test environments and infrastructure.
Advocate for best practices in test automation and software quality.
Required technical and professional expertise
Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or related STEM majors.
Familiarity with 1 or more Programming languages: Python, Java
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
