Position Summary:

The Retoucher/Photographer brings personalized products to life, creating high-quality images that showcase each product’s key features and functionality. These images play a crucial role as the customer’s first impression, designed to capture attention and encourage browsing on our website. Through engaging visuals, the Retoucher/Photographer enhances the online shopping experience and drives consumer interest.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Skilled in creative image editing with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
  • Retouch images to accurately showcase product features and functionality. Adjust and crop images as needed for multiple formats, including website, mobile, social media, and third-party platforms.
  • Upload images to designated servers and manage the archiving of all photography and online assets.
  • Adhere to established workflow processes in the Photo Studio and Digital Imaging teams, while continuously improving processes with input and guidance from team members and managers.
  • Partner with the Art Design, Creative, Merchandizing and Marketing teams in our company to edit product photography, following creative briefs and provided inspiration.
  • Feedback and communication with the Photo Studio photographers to edit and process images effectively.
  • Use the Photography List Smartsheet to prioritize assignments and update it daily to ensure accuracy.
