This role will serve as a critical bridge between our regional teams and the US-based product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management, with excellent project management skills, and the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication effectively.This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within Canada and requires up to 10% travel for the year. Preference will be given to candidates residing within Toronto, Ontario.You will be required to work outside of your typical working hours from time to time, as this position is within an international team.What you will be doing:

  • Support the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, particularly for long-term projects (e.g., Spanish localization, Accessibility), monitor project progress, escalate issues to regional and business teams, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Understand regional requirements for Business Acceptance Testing and Go To Market support and ensure captured in the product plan according to needed market delivery dates.
  • Facilitate collaboration between US-based and international teams to resolve business challenges and refine requirements.
  • Proactively partner with international heads of product, sales, marketing, and customer success to determine product priorities and ensure smooth market delivery.
  • Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on business and customer needs, while accounting for resource and cost constraints.
  • Research, document, and communicate trends, issues, content standards, and competitive products and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
You should apply if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects across multiple regions or competing interests with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Proficiency with communication and video conference tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to create and manage documentation using tools like Confluence, or Microsoft Suite.
