Description

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative storyteller who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty (but not plumber-dirty).

This is not a “sit behind a desk and edit stock footage” job. You’ll be in the field filming real technicians, real jobs, real customer reactions, real events, capturing engaging content that builds trust, brand authority, and drives leads.

What You’ll Be Doing

Field Production

  • Film plumbing projects on-site (installations, repairs, behind-the-scenes)
  • Capture interviews with technicians, leadership and maybe even a customer or two
  • Shoot before/after transformations
  • Collaborate with channel/marketing managers to support their visual needs
  • Travel locally to job sites


Photography

  • Take high-quality jobsite photos
  • Capture branded team photos
  • Create marketing-ready before/after visuals


Graphic Design

  • Design ads flyers, email graphics, digital assets, event properties, banners, etc.
  • Website
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in video production
  • Comfortable filming in active job sites
  • Strong visual skills
  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
  • Understanding of lighting and audio in non-studio environments
  • Organized and self-directed
  • Valid driver’s license (you’ll be on the move)

Bonus if you:
• Understand trades/home services marketing
• Have drone experience
• Have motion graphics skills
• Know how to make plumbers look like superheroes
