Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a German Speaking Customer Support position for Booking.com, including a comprehensive paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. This role is ideal for customer service professionals fluent in German who are eager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading online travel platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients on behalf of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, payments, and general service issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and enhance service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with Booking.com products, policies, and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with support provided.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
