Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries concerning online services, including account access, billing questions, and service features via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers about our online products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback and issues are addressed promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and features in online services to provide the best possible support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online services or technology, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
