The Administrative Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating Behavioral Health and Social Work patient care activities and the clinical operations related to such activities.

GENERAL DUTIES

Plans, directs, and coordinates the Behavioral Health and Social Work patient care activities and clinical operations Ensures financial, operational and strategic objectives of the department are achieved. Provides patient care in accordance with the Louisiana State Board of Certified Social Work Examiners, Code of Ethics, rules and regulations and follows hospital policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Current RN License, bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred
• 3- years progressive management experience

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Currently licensed as a registered professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license in accordance with law and regs
