WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the Senior Group Manager, Dealer Performance and Relations in leading ongoing departmental and new initiatives related to dealer performance management, dealer relations, and National Sales/Field operations.
  • The Manager, Dealer Performance and Relations position requires creativity, agility, strategy, and organization. The dynamics and visibility of this role requires proficient presentation skills and ability to professionally convey ideas to help improve all departmental operations. 
  • Additional support for the regions and NHQ Departments as needed.
     

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • This position supports several primary areas of responsibility, in addition to job requirements and assignments as needed or requested to support National Sales/Field Operations.
  • National Dealer Advisory Council (NDAC) and NDAC Subcommittee process.
  • Dealer Performance Management System (DPM) development, management, and support.
  • National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) – Survey Communication, Tracking, Implementation, NADA Meeting coordination/planning.
  • Board of Excellence Award Program – Program Development, Communication, Planning, Approvals.
  • Dealer of the Year Award – Program Communication, Planning, Implementation.
  • National Field Meeting – Development, collaboration, planning, approvals.
  • Brand Ambassador – Development, planning, communications, approvals, budget management.
  • Produce and manage all other ad hoc projects initiated by National Field Operations. 
  • Make high-level decisions regarding program management, program implementation, budget assignments, event planning and coordination.
  • All employee evaluations, CR/PR/expense report approvals, program approvals, and budget decisions must ultimately be approved by the Director and/or Sr. VP of National Sales.
     

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Six or more years of relevant program or project management experience
  • Automotive OEM background in a role at national headquarters or District Management position, a plus.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience a plus.
  • Executive presence and presentation skills 
  • Influencing without authority
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project progress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.

WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU

  • Compensation Range: $86,800 - $124,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
