Description

The Transportation Assistant will support both the operations team and billing team with general office responsibilities.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide general office staff support

• Update operating systems with information

• File/scan paperwork

• Input billing information into GE scorecard

• Assist coordinators and billing specialist with daily functions

• Collect driver paperwork

• Make pre-calls/post calls to agents/internal customers

• Assemble/email paperwork for various relocations

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements


Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 1-2 years in a support role, preferably in an administrative support, customer service, or project management role


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, particularly utilizing database systems and Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent communications skills, including written and verbal communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and pivot as needed

• Moving/Relocation experience is helpful but not required
