Newlands Coal is looking for a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our Commercial Team. Operating as an Open Cut Mine until February 2023, we have now finished coal production and are progressing ahead to new and exciting times. We strive to be industry leaders as we transition to be Queensland’s largest rehabilitation project.

Essential attributes for the role include well developed interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude, sound work ethic and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.  A sound understanding of information systems and processes (SAP) along with an intermediate use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a mandatory requirement.

Ideally the successfully applicant will have a minimum of 1 years’ administration experience in a commercial contracts environment. Experience in mining, construction or heavy engineering industry would be highly advantageous.
