Position Overview
The Autodesk Social Media team is looking for someone to lead the evolution of our social media measurement to include performance reporting, monthly trend reports, social listening reports and developing strategic insights based on data. The Social Media Analyst, Measurement & Insights will be someone on the team with analytical and digital research responsibilities. You will help to lead global brand marketing strategy for Autodesk by delivering the best social media measurement strategies leading to applicable insights at scale. You will report to the Director of Social Media.
You will bring experience monitoring, understanding, optimizing digital communities. You have a foundation in working with raw data and different conversations, translating and simplifying complex information, have, an understanding of creating social-first content and experience with social media. The Social Media team works with teams across Autodesk, we ask that you have a commitment to goals, proactive examination, and a focus on excellent social media. You need an understanding of social media marketing including culture and trends, including knowledge of social platforms and community behavior.
You will also work remote or hybrid in the US.
Responsibilities
Develop measurement and insights plans to support ongoing social strategies and campaigns that iterate and increase audience engagement and grow our brand and new business
Implement and codify a measurement and insights roadmap for both short-term and long-term priorities related to social media strategy
Partner with team leads to develop test and learn plans to enhance content strategy across platforms and ensure performance is consistent with our goals
Set up social listening and community management tools to track campaign efficacy and monitor brand health
Develop recommendations on audience segmentation and targeting in social environments
Create social measurement dashboards for daily tracking and management
Manage agency partners, including community monitoring and assessment, reporting and resourcing
Bring big ideas to the table, and inspire others to deliver bar-raising, the best ideas and plans, obtaining agreement and implementing ideas at scale through strategic programs
Architect and imagine future measurement capabilities in light of changing data landscape
Collaborate with team members in other Data & Insights teams across Autodesk
Present to senior leadership to update on main metrics such as brand health, consumer trends and progress to goals
Experience building, executing and scaling marketing programs
Data-driven possessing ability to use insights to frame recommendations and results into concise and applicable reports
You will use your communication skills and you will communicate with all levels in the organization-technical, business, creative, and executive
You will handle complex projects at once amidst-changing priorities
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship Social Media marketing experience
Degree in business, marketing or analytical education or equivalent work experience
Experience using data to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Tableau, Sprout Social, Airtable & Excel (can perform complex functions) to manipulate and analyze data
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
