Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Define, strengthen and optimize operational processes that will improve the team’s ability to deliver.
  • Monitor operations related tools and performance indicators.
  • Reach out to service providers to discuss any errors, potential improvements, and overall management.
  • Communicate and collaborate with different functional teams.
  • Provide support to other teams as an escalation point for defects, and give insight into processes implementation and payment solutions specifics.
  • Provide feedback and engage in product improvement discussions.

Core Competencies and Skills:

  • Problem solver – analytical; capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine detail. Previous experience as Technical Account Manager or similar roles will be valued.
  • Background working with databases. Experience on data analysis and reporting/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Can-do attitude – happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company culture.
  • Determined – not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly.
  • Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
