Job Title: Audiology Consultant

Location: Ghana

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a driven and highly skilled Audiology consultant to join their team with a focus to promote and sell our client’ range of hearing aids and audiological medical equipment to other audiologists, hospitals, and related healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, combined with excellent sales and communication skills, to foster relationships and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share for hearing aids and audiological medical equipment.
  • Identify and engage with audiologists, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to promote our products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry conferences and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with organisational objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and prepare regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Audiology or qualification as an Acoustician.
  • Active registration with a recognised audiology governing body.
  • Proven experience in audiology with a strong understanding of hearing aids and audiological medical equipment.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in medical devices or audiological products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Valid passport.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
