Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in IT procurement process (Requirement gathering, research, documentations, approval, etc)
Assist in IT project managers in project delivery or vendor management
Coordinating with various teams among CapitaLand as well as with vendors and business users
Assist in Technology evaluation and assessments
Assist in requirement gathering sessions, including user journey mapping and facilitating workshops
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferred studies in Information Technology, Information Systems or any other related disciplines
Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and creative design skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Knowledge of AI and automation technologies
