About the role

Your responsibilities will include but non-exhaustively-


• The P2P Service Delivery Lead for GFS will focus on delivering oversight and leadership of the Operational teams who service Ee markets. The Lead will manage the in-market operational leads and oversee the Delivery/Operational responsibilities, Relationship Management, stakeholder management and People/Team Management.
• This role requires knowledge of P2P E2E processes, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely.

Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure strategic oversight and stakeholder management in region, including alignment with Global WoW where needed and project delivery oversight. Scope might vary throughout time.
• Drive delivery and performance of P2P services including all the sub-processes mentioned, inquiries, and audit support.
• Accountable for oversight of the day-to-day delivery of operations, including escalation management, resolving market/customer issues, and proactively identifying any issues or risks to the service from the GFS.
• Escalating issues through Hub or FS governance, where required. Working closely with third party providers, global or local process expert to ensure delivery in line with established service levels and service line strategy.
• Driving standard practices and consistency in service delivery across the region through Haleon policies, tools, and processes
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs)
• Ensuring controls are followed and executed on a timely manner Ensuring robust BCP and risk Management of internal controls and regulatory compliance are met through applicable policies, procedures and processes performed by Haleon or BPO.
• Oversight of Monitoring control testing results and ensuring mitigations plans are effective. Support/work with project team to deliver project deliverables related to P2P activities/area.
• Identify and drive automation and standardization procedures to bring in operational efficiencies
• Drive GFS governance across regions.

Qualifications and skills-

Essential
• 10+ years of relevant Procure To Pay experience.
• Any business Administration or Accounting degree.
• Strong accounting background.
• Previous experience of SAP- VIM, SAP- ECC, Ariba & SAP-SLM.
• Excel Level: advanced.
• Previous experience of Tungsten, Concur, Celonis & ServiceNow preferred.

• Strong background of stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in communication
