As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Brevo, you’ll take on the role of a project manager, guiding our customers through their initial journey to success. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans that cover every aspect of their first steps with us—from technical assistance and user enablement to flagship use cases and delivering their first points of value.
Collaborating closely with our international Solutions Team, you’ll ensure that our enterprise clients make the most of the Brevo platform and build a strong foundation for lasting success.
