Gorilla Logic is looking for a senior Front End developer, who are responsible for building world-class user experiences. The person in this role will play a key role in the engineering team and at PL.
Responsibilities
* Implement the core functionality that our users see and interact with daily, making your role essential to the success of our business
* Works on the engineering team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all therapy sessions in our platform.
* Use Angular to build highly optimized and scalable modern frontend applications
* Create REST based micro services
* Deploy application components to the AWS cloud
* Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and technical product owners to write, test, and deploy your code safely to production
* Participate in a strong culture of ownership, pragmatism, testing, teaching, and learning
* Work closely with Product, Design, Platform Services, and Release Management teams to contribute to our application roadmap
* Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues within the application
Technical Requirements
* Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience specializing in Front End development; Javascript/Angular and Python/Django experience preferred. Video streaming experience a bonus
* Solid understanding of building images/containers and deploying them via a modern container orchestration framework such as ECS, EKS/AKS/GKE, or similar
* Experience working and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
* Experience monitoring and debugging production systems
* Ability to easily adapt, learn new things, and apply new technologies
* Solid understanding of Agile software development concepts
