Job Description:

Why this role?

We are accelerating our expansion in Germany’s water sector. The potential is high, but we haven’t yet built the full go-to-market approach.

You will play a central role in:

  • Building a network of strategic partners,
  • Structuring our German sales approach,
  • Positioning our unique portfolio (data loggers, RTUs, SCADA),

Your key responsibilities :

  • Promote SOFREL and SAE solutions to public and private water operators in Germany,
  • Build, structure and manage a network of local distributors,
  • Represent LACROIX towards key stakeholders and associations (e.g. DVGW, BDEW),
  • Monitor market trends and regulations to shape our strategy,
  • Work closely with product, technical and marketing teams to tailor value propositions to the German market.

  • You’ll actively contribute to building LACROIX’s Smart Water footprint in Germany.

  • SAE Sales Director (your manager),
  • LACROIX Environment’s International Sales Director (functional reporting),
  • Product & marketing teams at SOFREL and SAE,
  • Partners, municipalities, public operators.
Qualifications:

What we’re looking for :

Must have:

  • Strong business development background with proven track record,
  • Experience in the German water or infrastructure market,
  • Ability to build and scale a partner network,
  • Understanding of industrial/automation/IoT solutions,
  • Fluent in both German and English.

Nice to have:

  • Previous exposure to PLC/RTU or SCADA systems.
