About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Web3 Product Manager to help bridge the gap between crypto and real-world utility. Our goal is to make digital assets more practical, accessible, and widely used—whether for payments, financial services, identity, or new Web3 applications.
In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy for expanding crypto’s everyday use cases, making it easier for users to integrate digital assets into their lives. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to build seamless, scalable, and user-friendly crypto experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:
Expanding Real-World Crypto Use Cases
- Develop innovative Web3-powered experiences that make digital assets more practical for everyday users.
- Identify and build new applications for crypto, from payments, financial tools to identity solutions and beyond.
- Drive 0-to-1 product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring products are built from the ground up with strong market fit.
- Ensure products are intuitive and accessible to mainstream audiences, reducing the complexity of crypto adoption.
Driving Execution and Adoption
- Own the product roadmap, balancing user needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Work with engineering and design teams to build seamless, high-impact products.
- Use data-driven insights and user research to optimize and scale adoption.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to navigate regulatory considerations for real-world crypto use cases.
- Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive adoption and educate users on how crypto can improve everyday experiences.
- Align with broader company initiatives to onboard the next billion users to Web3.
What We Look For In You:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, Web3, or consumer technology.
- Proven experience launching and scaling user-centric digital products (crypto experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of building 0-to-1 products, taking ideas from concept to launch in new or emerging markets.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenized assets, and Web3 protocols.
- Analytical and user-centric approach, leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across teams.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with smart contracts, blockchain technology, and Web3 protocols.
- Experience working with consumer-facing Web3 applications.
- Passion for bridging Web3 and mainstream adoption.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $198,765.00 to $286,222.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
