Job Details
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Be accountable for the revenue growth of the territory or portfolio, which includes forecasting and developing and executing plans in support of the overall World Courier commercial objectives and strategy
Obtain New Customers from large Multinational Companies through consultative engagements, opportunity development and providing value added solutions
Develop and own existing key client’s relationships to grow World Courier’s servicing offerings and be the provider or partner of choice. Key is to develop the Customer Growth Road map or Account plan and effectively track progress and communicate to internal stakeholders. Likewise to conduct regular monthly and quarterly business review with the customer
Be accountable of the individual sales activities in pursuit of leads and opportunities
Be a Thought Leadership leader in the market to represent the World Courier brand
Plan, lead and support sales and marketing campaigns

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field of industry is preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or related field with proven demonstration of selling, negotiation and consultative skills, especially to Multinational Customers
Strong Communication and presentation skills
Applied knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of Salesforce will be an added advantage
