Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE - Portugal –Conseiller Juridique en propriété intellectuelle h/f  est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Portugal SA, Lisbonne, au Portugal.

Au sein du département légal, la fonction de la Propriété Intellectuelle à Airbus recherche un VIE pour renforcer l’équipe des affaires légales à la Propriété Intellectuelle.

Vous travaillerez étroitement avec les équipes de la Communication, du Légal et du business afin d’assurer les droits de la propriété intellectuelle et de renforcer le positionnement de la marque.

C’est le rôle idéal pour toute personne intéressée dans le droit de la Propriété Intellectuelle et qui s’épanouit dans un environnement tourné vers le détail et dans un rythme soutenu! 

La mission commencera au plus tôt en 2025 et durera 24 mois.

Missions et responsabilités :
Vous supporterez l’activité principalement dans le domaine des marques déposées, droits d’auteur et autres droits relatifs afin d’aider la communication d’Airbus ainsi que d’autres départements variés de façon transnationale. 

Vous travaillerez notamment sur les activités suivantes:

• Fournir des conseils légaux sur divers sujets de la Propriété Intellectuelle à la Communication and autres départements variés en ce qui concerne la création, l’exploitation, et la protection des marques déposées, droits d’auteur et autres droits relatifs

• Conduire les recherches sur les marques déposées et conseiller sur leur disponibilités

• Rédiger/revoir les licences de droits d’auteur et de marques déposées and autres documents légaux, tout en assurant leur suivi

• Améliorer, mettre à jour, et créer des modèles de documents variés

• Analyser, évaluer et conduire les cas d’abus/violation ou de bonne application des droits.

• S’engager dans les activités quotidiennes telles que la gestion des mails, la participation aux réunions, et fournir un support légal constant à la Communication et autres départements

• Préparer des sessions internes de prise de conscience des sujets marques déposées et droits d’auteur

Vous devez être en mesure de vous déplacer selon les besoins du poste.

Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes:

• Titulaire d'un master (ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle ou une discipline légale apparentée.

• Bonne connaissance de la loi (européenne) de la loi des Propriétés Intellectuelles et des lois contractuelles dans un environnement international et/ou certifié spécifiquement dans le domaine des marques déposées/droits d’auteur

• Une 1ère expérience soit dans la pratique privée en Propriété intellectuelle, ou dans l’industrie (in-house) serait un plus

• De fortes capacités d’analyse et de recherche

• Niveau négociation en anglais requis, Français ou Allemand serait un plus

A VIE for a Legal Counsel Intellectual Property M/F has arisen within Airbus Portugal SA, in Lisbon. You will  reinforce its Legal Affairs Intellectual Property team. 

The position of VIE shall support the legal intellectual property work mainly in the field of trademarks, copyrights and related rights in support to Airbus Communications as well as various Airbus departments companywide. 

You will closely work with the Communications, legal and business teams to ensure intellectual property rights and strengthen brand positioning. 

This role is ideal for individuals interested in intellectual property law who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

The VIE position may also give the opportunity to start and build your own career in the field of intellectual property law. 

The position can start as soon as possible in 2025 for a duration of 24 months.  

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include legal support mainly in the field of trademarks, copyrights and related rights, and in particular:

• Providing legal advice on divers intellectual property issues to Communications and various other departments regarding the creation, exploitation and protection of trademarks, copyrights and related rights

• Conducting trademark searches and advising on trademark availabilities

• Drafting/reviewing trademark and copyright licenses and other legal documents, including ensuring its follow-up

• Improving, updating and creating templates of various legal documents

• Handling, including analysing, assessing and conducting, infringement/enforcement cases

• Engaging in daily activities such as responding to emails, participating in meetings, and providing ongoing legal support to Communications and various other departments

• Preparing internal awareness sessions related to trademarks and copyrights. 

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience: 

• Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law or a comparable appropriate legal qualification 

• Good knowledge of (European) intellectual property law and contractual law within an international environment and/or specialized training in trademark/copyright law

• Initial experience in either private IP practice or the industry (in-house) is a plus

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in French and/or German is a plus

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Have the flexibility to travel if necessary as per the requirements.
