How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop new software functionality for Hitachi Energy products.
- Update and enhance existing product code.
- Design and implement comprehensive unit tests.
- Document all code thoroughly.
- Review and improve code written by team members.
- Conduct research on new software solutions and third-party libraries.
- Present code changes in Agile meetings.
- Investigate and resolve software defects.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Java, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Unix/Linux.
- 5+ years of web development experience with modern toolsets (e.g., React, Redux, Angular).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Git/Github.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and CI/CD processes.
