As a Sr. Specialist,Calypso Back office, you will work directly with Customer gathering business requirement to implement the Calypso Back office, Configure several Calypso Back office capabilties ( Confirmations, SDIs, Matching, Message, Settlements, Accounting, Reporting) in accordance with business requirements, will unit test the
implementation, will participate in User training & issue resolution during UAT phase, achieve sign off with the goal of go-live and customer satisfaction.

software and services, using a strategic customer centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Calypso Back office to work in a customer-facing role to drive global system implementations

Role Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Specialist, your focus will be implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai or Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Job Description :

  • In-depth, hands-on involvement directly with customers implementing the Calypso system.

  • Work directly with the customer project team implementing the system and assist them in implementing their users’ requirements .Work hands-on with the system, configuring it and testing that it meets the customer’s functional requirements.

  • The functional consultant will then typically follow up with the Client’s Business users to test the implementation, achieve signoff, and continue to move the system toward go-live

  • Train users and customer project team on the basic use of the system, particularly with the functional setup and prepare the brief and clear documents / guidance for the Client to use

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Experience Level (8yrs 10 yrs) or knowledge on-hands level expert.

  • Strong knowledge & functional experience in support of one or more of the following Asset classes: FX, Fixed Income, IRD, FX, FXD, Equity

  • Experience in writing functional & business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.

It would be phenomenal if you (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Prior implementation experience of Calypso Back office or Similar system

  • Candidate with exposure to Clearing, Collateral Management and securities Finance is helpful
