We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and character-driven Manager, Growth Operations to work closely with the VP Sales EMEA. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational execution, structured governance, and sales process optimization across the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales excellence, support the EMEA sales leadership team, and strengthen customer relationships to facilitate business growth.
What a day in the life looks like:
Coordinate frameworks for knowledge transfer, sales execution, and pipeline growth, ensuring full adoption of standardized sales methodologies and alignment with Business Excellence teams.
Act as a liaison between the VP Sales EMEA and the sales leadership team, ensuring clear communication and execution of strategic initiatives.
Organise and report on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), tracking action items, performance insights, and progress against targets.
Facilitate monthly knowledge transfer sessions for the sales team and provide hands-on assistance in refining and monitoring EMEA business development processes to align with growth objectives.
Support Account Executives with tools, guidance, and frameworks that enhance deal closure rates through creative problem-solving and innovative engagement strategies.
Help establish a Customer Community and develop structured engagement plans for EMEA sales leaders to shift from reactive to proactive account management, driving long-term client retention.
What you bring to the team:
- Proven experience in business operations management or sales enablement, ideally in the supply chain or automation industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align operational processes with sales objectives and growth strategies.
- A collaborative, problem-solving approach, working effectively across teams to optimize sales performance and customer relationships.
- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
