Patrocinado por ExponentAir Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Business Process Improvement: it includes identification of improvement opportunities, design and implementation of the improvement actions and monitoring of the results
Activity migration: managing the migration to the BSC of activities previously performed in the Operations
Note: This position is open for 3 locations: Lisboa, Tomar and Guarda
1- Business Process improvement:
Identify jointly with the Finance operations team improvement opportunities and build the business case
Develop project plans, identify project risks and mitigations actions and develop project schedule
Manage project stakeholders and project team, ensure efficient communication between them
Identify project risks, manage them and escalate them to Manager and/or main stakeholders
Manage project budget and keep track of the expected efficiencies
Ensure project close out criteria are met and report efficiencies accordingly
2- Activity migration:
Leveraging the robust Group BSC methodology, the Project Manager will:
Promote the ONE TEAM mindset at all stages of the project
Coordinate the gap assessment and define action plan
Define FTE assessment and recruitment needs
Coordinate the knowledge transfer activities, incl. proper documentation;
Support local and BSC change management, incl. internal and external communication
Ensure project close out criteria are met in order and propose go-live date, including preparation / amendment of the SLA
Support organization during hypercare and handover remaining tasks to Operations after project closure
Are you a MATCH?
Functional Skills:
Strong mastering of Project Management tools & methodology with at least 5 years of professional experience is mandatory ; PMI PMP certification is a strong plus
Knowledge of Google suite is a plus
Lean 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus
Change Management
Knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle…)
