Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission (see guiding questions below)
The Development & Wellbeing Team Leader will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes and systems related to this topic, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
This role involves supporting the H2R function, ensuring an alignment with the Head of Hire to Retire.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Team Leader activities
Maintain close contact with the Head of H2R and the Functional Managers for the team perimeter to align strategy, support and assist the team on management dimensions.
Responsible for the team´s operational performance.
Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach.
Prepare reporting:
KPIs to internal managers, customers and stakeholders to display process performance.
Propose mitigation actions with internal manager, customer and other stakeholders.
Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Act as the first point of contact of the Development & Wellbeing Support team mission to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas between teams.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
Contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Main Operational activities
Shadow the operations related with Health & Safety, Learning Support and HR Campaign perimeter ensuring a consistent level of expertise for the current perimeter.
Respond to related inquiries and resolve concerns. Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR tools as needed.
Support the maintenance of documentation and transactions, ensuring modifications/updates are entered in a timely manner.
Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through Google Drive.
Monitor RPA performance for existing applications (if applicable).
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Customer-focused mindset
Experience in HR Operations
Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup)
Experience in managing projects, particularly those focused on employee development, training programs, or safety initiatives
Experience in escalating issue resolution, team building, training and team support.
Good communication skills, rigor, conscientious
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work in a team and independently
Problem solving mindset / dynamic / proactive
Basic Knowledge on Workday and SAP HR is a plus
Google Suite tools knowledge
