What We Are Seeking
We are looking for high energy, sales-minded individuals to join our fast-growing Business Development team. This is a highly collaborative position in which you will qualify prospects’ interest in Bizagi solutions while developing pipeline for the organization.
You’ll join a growing, global BDR team while closely partnering with account managers, including participating in weekly team meetings, making presentations and working with a fantastic group of individuals across the company.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
Qualification of inbound leads and outbound prospecting through calls and emails to prospects and existing customers
Immediate response cadence in following up on all inbound inquires and marketing campaigns
Contact prospects daily via phone, email, and other various forms of outreach
Active participation in your own personal development
Ongoing research into the BPM market as well as into Bizagi’ s product offerings
Ability to clearly and concisely articulate Bizagi’s value proposition
Occasional presentations to various levels of management around results and plans
Bringing new business opportunities, usually through cold email, cold calls, networking, and social selling. – inbound and outbound strategies.
Skills
Essential
2-3 years of experience in a business development or similar role , preferably in tech companies.
Experience in reaching out to large organizations (1,500 employees+)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
High level of English is a must (B2- C1)
Portuguese is desirable!
Highly organized with an ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to meet and exceed targets
Experience with a CRM platform such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com as well as sales engagement platform such as Outreach.io or SalesLoft would be a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
