- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and managing customer communications.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Customer Interaction: Participate in customer meetings, taking notes, and documenting customer needs and feedback to inform future sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and develop effective sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Data Management: Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with reliable data related to leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal meetings to track performance and share insights with the team.
- Learning and Development: Shadow experienced account executives to understand the sales process and develop essential skills in customer relationship management.
- Currently enrolled in a College, Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- A forward-thinking and self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in sales and customer collaboration.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks proficiently.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic setting.
