We set new standards with our game-changing product and are a driving force within pop-culture. We are looking for a RFID Inventory Analyst to join us in advancing the industry forward.
 
Responsibilities
·       Serve as the primary point of contact for SKIMS retail stores regarding RFID technology and the supporting inventory and cycle count processes
·       Partner with retail store leads to ensure inventory accuracy across our ERP and POS systems
·       Work in partnership with Retail stakeholders to support Retail store openings domestically and internationally
·       Develop, maintain and communicate RFID SOPs for retail technologies
·       Update and maintain settings/configurations across retail systems in preparation for new store openings
·       Ensure testing and validation of all relevant Inventory and POS systems ahead of store openings
·       Support retail stores on an ongoing basis by proactively logging discovered issues or reported issues, escalate where appropriate and action where possible
·       Maintain cross-functional project tracking document to provide visibility on retail technology backlog, in-progress projects, and facilitate reprioritization of retail technology roadmap 
·       Perform UAT on new features, enhancements and NET-New Software implementations, including functional and regression testing
·       Support design, documenting and rollout of new integrations or processes
·       Communicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solve
·       Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the product users and customers
·       Track and monitor Cycle Count performance across all of our retail stores, ensuring any issues are documented, triaged, and resolved
·       Review any breakdown of processes or integrations as they arise, including but not exclusive to:
o   Inventory accuracy across retail systems
o   Accuracy of transaction data transformation
o   Retail operations/logistics
o   Retail field user interfaces
o   Log and submit change requests as needed to drive long-term scalable solutions
 
Experience and Requirements
·       3+ years experience managing and supporting retail technologies
·       3+ years working with RFID technology as it relates to inventory accuracy and counting
·       1-2+ years hands on experience working within NetSuite, generating reports and managing documents
·       Experience with managing/analyzing inventory and retail orders within multiple integrated systems
·       Experience with multi-subsidiary company structures
·       Strong analytical skills with exceptional Excel skills
·       Familiarity with Agile Project Management
·       Extensive understanding of Retail Order and Inventory lifecycles
·       Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail
·       General understanding of best practices and business process in Finance and Accounting
·       Experience with Shopify E-Commerce platform preferred
·       Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms a plus
·       Experience with high volume e-commerce and retail companies a plus
·       25 - 45% domestic and international travel as needed
·       May be on call for various nights and weekends as-needed by new store openings and events
