About the Team:
At Aspire, we believe that exceptional products are the driving force behind our success. Our Product Team is at the forefront of innovation, defining the product roadmap, delivering outstanding features, and ensuring that our products address the needs of both our customers and their businesses. By leveraging expertise and data, our Product team will shape our product strategy and guide product iterations to refine and optimize our offerings, ensuring that we deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
As a Product Growth Intern, you will support initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement for our bank account product. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product-led growth within a fast-paced fintech environment.
About the role:
- Assist in analyzing customer behavior, usage patterns, and performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by helping design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve the user experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify trends and opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to support growth initiatives.
- Help compile reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer by contributing to research and feedback collection efforts.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to interpret trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of growth frameworks like AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (a plus but not required).
- Prior internship or project experience in product management, marketing, or data analysis.
